Your scratchpad for passing thoughts

Catch it now.
Let it go later.

Some thoughts aren’t notes, tasks, or reminders. They’re small pieces of context you need for the next few minutes: a measurement, a parking spot, a price, a name, or the reason you walked into the next room. Say it once. Hold That Thought keeps it visible while it matters.

Not every thought needs a permanent home. Some just need somewhere to wait.

Temporary by nature

A place to put it.
For now.

Hold That Thought is a voice-first scratchpad for fleeting details. There are no lists to organize, notes to file, or systems to maintain. Capture the thought, keep moving, and return to it when you need it.

01

Say it before it slips away

Tap the microphone on iPhone or Apple Watch and speak the thought without stopping to type.

02

Keep it in sight

A countdown keeps the thought visible in the app and on your iPhone Lock Screen for as long as you choose.

03

Return if you need to

Recent thoughts give you a small safety net when the moment passes before you are finished with the detail.

The thoughts between tasks

Too small for Notes.
Too useful to lose.

A shelf measurement. A parking level. The name someone just mentioned. A detail you need in the next room. Hold That Thought gives these passing thoughts somewhere to sit without turning them into permanent notes or another list to manage.
